I joined Orange before they became Orange.
In 1995 I set-up Tableau with my Brothers and Father, a creative agency built on emerging design technologies and started writing HTML and building Websites.
In 1996 Tableau was commissioned by a start-up company called easyJet.
Our brief was to initially develop their creative campaigns, but I eventually convinced the Founder, Stelios Haji-Ioannou to develop a website.
"The Internet is for nerds, it will never make money for my business!" he stated to me. However, we had an advocate in the Marketing Director, Tony Anderson.
Our website went live in 1997 and in April 1998 became Europe's first transactional website for an airline. By 2001 our work was powering 90% of easyJet's bookings.
Following on we developed cutting edge solutions for Tesco's, Dixon Store Group and Virgin.
In 2002 I founded paythru the World’s first banking grade mobile commerce platform. Global Clients included Jamie Oliver, Parkeon and Oltio PayD, a venture with Standard Bank and MTN.
In 2012 I signed Suburban Dirts.
Since exiting paythru in 2013 I have been focused on developing new ideas through operando and Trident Cloud, Trackd.
